PACKIT’s manufacturing unit is situated at a convenient location at Sanver Road Industrial Area Indore, Madhya Pradesh. The Factory area is spread in 43,000 square feet. With a fleet of more than 40 machines ranging from Pre-press to Printing & Post-press to loading-unloading devices. PACKIT functioning with a high Paper board converting capacity of Over 500mt/month.

Prepress

PACKIT Packaging has a fully integrated pre-press department. Our qualified team is made up of dedicated individual designers from different specialized fields to help clients with their complete designing needs and also help with any last minute changes if required.

We have In-house violet CTP (Computer-to-plate) processor and developer

Press

PACKIT has a printing capacity of 3,00,000 sheets per day. It has Installed latest technology machines from Komori Japan which gives excellent printing results in Pantone Colors with specialized operators to undertake each job with expert skills.

Packit has a strong expertise and diversified experience in printing UV and LED inks on plastic surfaces too.
Value Added Decorations like Texture UV Coating, Drip UV Coating and Matt UV are also facilitated by PACKIT.

Corrugation / Postpress

PACKIT has Semi-automated manufacturing unit with a 300 tons capacity and the skill of manual production. PACKIT Packaging is exclusively known for manufacturing Multi-Colour 3 ply and 5 ply corrugated cartons on high speed corrugation machines, which run on steam heating ensuring High Strength Corrugated Structures. Manufactured Cartons can be pasted or stitched as per the requirement of the customer.

PACKIT has a diversified range of conversion technique to avoid the bottleneck situation.
PACKIT provide Die-cutting, Pasting, Embossing, Foil Stamping, Lamination, Window Patching, Liner Pasting, Bryal embossing facility.

QUALITY CONTROL

PackIt packaging is not only known for the quality of the product it produces but also quality checks in the process conducted. Raw material used here are from best of the paper mills from all over India to deliver the desired results.

The raw material is checked with QC instruments like busting, moisture, compression.
Be it pre-press, printing, corrugation, cutting, pasting, folding or conversion, quality is checked at every level.
Before delivering the finished product, QC Team double checks to confirm the precision.
PACKIT also has a proper quality assurance system and a well-equipped QC lab to keep a close eye on all receipts through stringent quality checks.
